 This new design is called a "Bra Top". It has a tie around the neck and back and a gather in front added feature. Allowing you to pull down the front to make it longer. The wrap around skirt is fully adjustable, it just wraps and ties and can even be worn like a sarong. They are a one size fits most size. (top runs small-med ,skirt is approx 52" in width).
